Questions yard owners ask
Can memberships include services, not just parking?
Yes. Any membership can add a monthly service credit, a percentage off services, priority booking, or member prices on specific services from your on-site vendors and on-call providers, like washes, tires, PM, and towing.
What do drivers get?
Their own Yardbase driver app. From your yard link they can book, pay, manage their trucks and billing, book services, earn rewards, and pull up their member pass at the gate.
How do I get paid?
You connect your own Stripe account during setup. Parking, plans, and services are charged to the driver's card and paid out to your bank. Yardbase never holds your money.
What happens when a member's card fails?
The card is retried automatically and the driver gets a text to update it. The member shows as past due in your dashboard, and their gate pass shows a warning so you can have the conversation at the window.
Can I bring the customers I already have?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with names, phones, and trucks. Then offer any of them a membership from your dashboard.
How do I know someone at the gate is really a paid member?
